The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, as the Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key player in a team of 3 in turning data into insights that drive business decisions across departments. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, using advanced analytical tools to solve challenges and streamline performance reporting.

You’ll be at the heart of our data ecosystem and provide visibility into financial and operational performance. You’ll take ownership of key reporting frameworks, performance dashboards, and forecasting models that empower leadership to make informed decisions with confidence.

This position plays a key role in supporting global business performance and will work closely with the Head of FP&A to bring such objectives to life. The Senior Business Analyst will contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics and planning processes to enable scalable insights and decision-making in line with King Living’s international growth strategy.
  
The Role

• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytics platforms.
• Support financial planning and forecasting
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop and improve business performance metrics.
• Leverage SAP to extract and analyse key data sets.
• Apply advanced modelling skills for scenario analysis, trend forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

About you

• Accounting qualifications or CPA / CA qualified
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, in a large-scale business with international operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Power BI – proven expertise in data modelling
• Experience in analytics applications such as TM1 (currently used), Jedox or Workday Adaptive Planning
• Advanced Excel – pivot tables, macros, scenario modelling
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of financial principles, business performance drivers, and operational processes
